Using OlaOrder
OlaOrder lets you create a shop page where customers can browse your products and services, and place orders or send service requests. Creating a shop and using OlaOrder is free. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
What OlaOrder does — and doesn't do
OlaOrder helps customers discover your offerings and submit orders or requests to you. OlaOrder does not process payments. Any payment arrangement between you and your customer — cash, bank transfer, or any other method — happens directly between you and them, outside of OlaOrder. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for it.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the shop details, offerings, and prices you publish, and for fulfilling the orders and requests you accept. You're responsible for complying with whatever laws apply to your own business — including tax obligations, business licensing, and consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction. OlaOrder is a tool for taking orders; it isn't legal or business advice.
Acceptable use
Don't use OlaOrder to sell anything illegal, to misrepresent your business, or to collect customer information for any purpose other than fulfilling their order or request. We reserve the right to suspend or remove a shop that violates this.
Account and shop ownership
Your shop and its content belong to you. You can edit or delete your offerings and shop details at any time. If you delete your account, your shop page stops being publicly reachable.
No guaranteed uptime
We work to keep OlaOrder reliable, but as a free service, we don't guarantee any specific uptime or availability, and we're not liable for losses resulting from downtime or interruptions.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
